It has been fascinating getting to know the Emerald Guitars X20 and X30 carbon fiber acoustic guitars over the past few months. 

I know that many of us have preconceptions when it comes to guitars made from anything other than solid wood -  but I have to say I have been very impressed by Emerald guitars. 

From a sonic point of view it is true that this is not a “traditional wooden voice” - however I found the sound of these guitars to be lively, immediate and very musical.
