Some time ago I borrowed a superb Casimi guitar from a friend. While it was with me I filmed several videos and during one of them an improvised idea popped out.

I had forgotten all about this little idea until this week - I revisited it in a full one-take performance which I have named Kintsugi after the beautiful Japanese style inlay work on my Casimi guitar. It's a great opportunity to lean into the instrument's astonishing sustain and overtones!

I hope you enjoy the video - this guitar is still very new but already the voice is developing into something unlike any instrument I have heard before. I am very, very happy with it.
Until next time, stay tuned
