It's always a joy to play a Greenfield guitar and when I received the invitation to visit Michael Greenfield's Montreal workshop and check out this presentation grade Koa masterpiece I just had to accept!

The Greenfield G2 model is a fascinating instrument that represents the very best of modern North American guitar making. It's a larger body instrument - the closest thing to a Modified Dreadnought that Michael makes.

From the first notes this guitar was absolutely life-affirming - a beautiful combination of power and nuance - extremely responsive with a beautiful timbral spectrum. 

It's always a pleasure to catch up with Michael over coffee and beautiful guitars!
